By heating this Neck/Spine Warmer in the microwave for a minute or two and applied to any area of pain caused by tension or virus in the body; aches can be eased . A unique feature is the ability to lay the warmer down your spine/back while laying on your stomach (as in the picture) or on your back which does wonders for easing the aching muscle tissue in upper back and lower back area particularly due to tension.
The heating process releases a very pleasant aroma that encourages muscles to loosen and brain to calm. With no worry of burning the skin, drifting off to sleep brings no threat.
Be sure to NOT OVERHEAT: More doesn't give you better results.
As always ask your physician about use of WARM vs. COOL on any injury or pain before using temperature therapy. Warmth inceases blood flow, but can increase swelling and bleeding. Do NOT USE if BLEEDING, SWOLLEN or on a fresh INJURY, please...Call your physican.

| "Cool Wash" Squares are especially great for aching joints, swollen injuries, back pains, sprains, breaks, muscle pain, reddened or itchy areas (even vaginal infections,) sunburns, falls and bumps, bug bites, fresh injuries, bruises, headaches and so much more. Reducing blood flow: this can relieve aches and pains. This "Cool Wash" is 6"x12," but it also comes in a travel or child's size of 6"x6". Squares of terry "wash" cloths are filled with unpopped corn or beans which can be frozen easily & stay cold longer than ice.
It also doesn't ache the skin due to it being TOO cold. It is just right and you can fall asleep without worries of over-cold skin nor wet spots on couches or beds from ice melting or sweating. Kids love it.
Faces can be sewn into the squares for a fun added touch. Adult size is excellent for covering a wide area of "ache." Doctors and physical therapists are recommending cold much more often as temperature therapy for a wide range of injuries and pain.
