Yoga is a practice for anyone,
anytime, & anywhere. It does
not hurt, but it can be hard
and sweat-filled. There is no pain:
If it hurts you are NOT doing yoga.
It can be very spiritual, but
never religious. It is discipline
and loving. The practice is
stretching and holding positions,
breathing well, and relaxing.
Practice requires a guide:
Certified and experienced
instructors are best.

Zabuton or Meditation Yoga Mat:
Pure cotton "pillow" is filled with the purest of
cotton or buckwheat (buckwheat is not wheat,
but rather a berry) hulls. Typically it is sized
26"x28"x4." Your preference of color schemes.
These are made to order. Each are hand and
machine sewn as ordered.

"Zafu" or Basic Sitting
Meditative Pillow:
12" round or 12" square sitting cushions
filled with pure cotton or buckwheat hulls
(buckwheat is not wheat, but rather a berry).
Cushion covering is made of cotton fabric in
various color schemes & patterns. These are
custom made to order.

Foot, Head, "Sits" Bones or
Knee Rest Cushions: 
These "formable" cushions are intended for
those practicing Yoga, meditation or sleep that
needs a gentle cradling of the foot/feet, head,
or knees during positions. eg. under a knee
when crossed-legged when a knee is injured
or achy OR under the neck in reclined positions
for vertebral support.
In an attempt to continue your practice during
"sore" times or your special body needs, this
cushion allows you to meditate & speed healing.
Remember over-stretch is pain and that's not Yoga.

These cushions are usually sized as
15"x12"x3.5" and sealed on one end
by Velcro for easy laundering or re-sizing
thickness. Optional open-end covers
available. Over-stuffed is 4-5" thick:
too full for cradling, best for meditative
sitting.
